Research Data Management in Practice: An Advanced Course for Data Stewards

Led by Jakub Trojan, a leading Czech specialist in Citizen Science.
It will be a brief orientation framework explaining how to evaluate and identify the actual elements of Citizen Science in P JAC projects. It focuses on key principles—active and meaningful citizen involvement, scientific methodology, data quality assurance, and transparent communication—and helps to quickly assess whether a project meets the standards of citizen science.

During the Researchers’ Night at the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University, the Open Science and CERIT-SC teams will show how data have evolved over time, what they can reveal about us, how to share them safely, and how artificial intelligence works with them.
